All Do Yoga is a project by Decathlon for promoting yoga. It is a platform with a website and a mobile app to find a yoga coach and the best yoga place for users. This project also helps yoga teachers to find new students. I worked on the product development of the concept, solutions for functionality, positioning — in collaboration with the UX/UI team. Meanwhile, I was responsible for promotion, attracting people to alldoyoga.ru using free and paid marketing tools. There were 9000 users, 500 coaches and 300 yoga schools by the end of my involvement.

Also, the big part of my job was content creation: texts for alldoyoga.ru, posts for social networks, articles for publications on thematic sites, email newsletters, banners, roll-ups, table tents. We created a unified unique style of publications and our main goal was to tell more about yoga as an activity that makes life more deliberate, beautiful, and happy.

WorldSkills is an organization which promotes manufacturing professions all over the world. Local and worldwide championships are held for developing skills. We worked with WorldSkills Russia to promote the championships on social media. Our team was responsible for boosting WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017, Digital Skills 2017, The Youth Skills Day 2018, The Russian National Competition Final 2018 and others. We prepared entertainment content for them including creative posts, videos, landings, and organized organic and paid promo on social media. Each time we had good results, which were higher than we planned.

The Moscow government created a mobile app for Moscow citizens to participate in city life. It was important to promote this idea on social media by official and unofficial channels. We developed a social media strategy to implement it. Some statistics: the growth of 6 official channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, Ok.ru and Vk.com) was from 40% to 100% per year. An Engagement Rate has improved threefold.

А forum named «Mentor» was organized in 2018 for the first time. It united people who are related to education and intellectual growth. Our task was to promote it on social media. We created official channels and prepared content for them, e.g. subjects of the forum, famous mentors, video streams from this forum, and all the latest news which was published exactly at the time when the forum was. We also made a chatbot in Telegram messenger, stickers for Telegram and a test named «Which kind of mentor are you?». 17 500 people completed this test in only one week.

Pediculosis is surrounded by many misconceptions. To successfully launch a new treatment, our strategy was to debunk these myths. We created an informative website that highlighted the issue from different angles and enabled open communication through Q&A. To strengthen engagement, we also produced a series of expert-led and testimonial videos with mothers.
